Order Processing All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and fulfillment partner schedules. Orders are not processed on weekends or US federal holidays.

Delivery estimates begin after the processing period and are not guaranteed.

Order Fulfillment Some orders may ship directly from our fulfillment partners and may arrive in separate packages. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information for each shipment when available.

Tracking Your Order Tracking information is provided for most orders. In some cases, tracking may not be available depending on the shipping method or fulfillment partner. If you have not received tracking within 7 business days of your order date, please contact us.

International Shipping & Customs International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are outside of our control.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders If your order is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at [your email address] within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
